Hueco Mundo, Las Noches, The 5th Tower * Ichigo wields Moon Cutter (Zangetsu) in Bankai mode. * Ichigo and Ulquiorra look at each other. Orihime: Kurosaki-kun! * Ichigo smiles in relief. Ichigo: Get away from Inoue. Ulquiorra: Very well. My job is to protect Las Noches until Aizen-sama returns. I have not been ordered to kill this woman yet. I'll let her live until I am ordered to do otherwise. But... you're a different story. Killing you and protecting Las Noches go hand-in-hand. * Ulquiorra unsheathes his sword.
Ulquiorra: You will die... by my blade. Ichigo: I'm surprised. I never thought that you'd start the fight with your sword already drawn. I figured I'd have to force you to draw your sword. There are numerous enemies before us. and our boss is stuck in that. * Aizen, Gin and Tousen are shown inside Joukaku Enjou. Tia Halibel: You're being disrespectful to Aizen-sama, Barragan. Barragan: And you're being disrespectful to me, Halibel. * Barragan snaps his fingers. Poww, Avirama and Ggio open a carpet. Bones come out of it to form a throne for Barragan to sit on. Barragan: Since our boss is unable to, I shall be the one giving out the orders. I won't tolerate any objections. [ ! ] Tia Halibel: Silence, Mila Rose. Starrk: That's fine. * Lilynette hits Starrk in the head. Starrk: Ouch! What are you doing, Lilinette?! * She proceeds to kick his butt. Starrk: That hurts! Lilynette: "That's fine," my ass! Why'ee you acting so laid back?! You're always way, way too easygoing! [ ! ] Lilynette: Try taking things more seriously! Are you even gonna do anything?! * Barragan turns to the Shinigami. Barragan: You said that the spirit energy enriched land below us is a fake, correct? You switched the real town with a replica made by Soul Society, I believe. Our boss said that he doesn't mind infiltrating Soul Society and destroying it there, but is it really necessary for us to go through all that effort? I have a theory based off of what you said earlier. You set up four pillars around the town and used them to facilitate the switch. Now, what would happen if we were to destroy those pillars? * Yamamoto says nothing. Barragan: Findor! Findor: Yes, sir! * Findor blows his shorter blade to make a sound, opening Gargantas in four places around the area. Barragan: We already know where the pillars are. Devices like this are always placed on the cardinal directions. It's the most common setup. * Hollows come from the Gargantas. Oomaeda: Crap!! He figured it out!! What should we do?!! * The Hollows land on the pillars and start attacking them. Oomaeda is scared of each of them. Oomaeda: They're breaking the pillars! They're gonna bring Karakura Town back from Soul Society! K-K-K-K-Karakura Town's going to wind up being our battlefield! * Oomaeda screams. |

Oomaeda: Karakura Town's gonna come back!! Yamamoto: You ignorant fool! * Oomaeda points at himself. * Soi Fon sighs.
Yamamoto: Do you truly believe that we would leave such important locations completely unprotected? Barragan: Hm? Oomaeda: What? Ikkaku: Grow, Houzukimaru!! * Ikkaku wields Demon Light (Houzukimaru) in Shikai mode. Yumichika: Bloom, Fuji Kujaku! * Yumichika wields Azure Peacock (Ruri'iro Kujaku) in Incomplete mode. Kira: Raise your head, Wabisuke! * Kira wields Miserable Man (Wabisuke) in Shikai mode. * Hisagi is the last one to show and doesn't release his Zanpakutou. * All of them quickly dispatch the hollows at the pillars. Yamamoto: We have strong fighters protecting them.
* The Espada look concerned. Oomaeda looks clueless. Oomaeda: EEEEEEEH?! Madarame? Ayasegawa! Kira! Hisagi! * He turns to Soi Fon, who is barely listening. Oomaeda: Weren't they supposed to hold down the fort?! They weren't there when we all gathered up, so I felt like I was better than them! "You trust me more than you do them! Take that, you losers!" At least that's what I thought. * He turns to Yamamoto. Oomaeda: So what gives?! Did everyone know about this?! Shunsui: Of course. Oomaeda: Eh?! Rangiku: Don't put me in the same boat as you! Soi Fon: I already told you. You were probably too busy stuffing your face to hear what I was saying. Rangiku: That's gotta be it! You're so stupid! Oomaeda: No way... Rangiku: It's your fault for zoning out while scarfing down rice cakes! Oomaeda: What was that?! Rice cakes and zoning out have nothing to do with each other! Soi Fon: (to herself) Maybe I didn't tell him. * Barragan grins. Barragan: There are four guards. What's the big deal? If you have four ants protecting the pillars, we'll merely crush them with four dragons. Barragan: Poww! Barragan: Cuuhlhourne! Barragan: Avirama! Barragan: Findor! Barragan: Crush them. Poww: Yes sire! As his Majesty commands! Charlotte: Yes sire! As his Majesty commands! Avirama: Yes sire! As his Majesty commands! Findor: Yes sire! As his Majesty commands! * They split in four directions. |

Charlotte: I'm King Barragan's number one Fraccion, Charlotte Cuuhlhourne! * He winks. Yumichika is back-facing him. Charlotte realizes and gets close. Charlotte: Oh my! Oh my, oh my, oh my! * Yumichika is forcing his eyes closed. Yumichika: I refuse to taint my eyes with such ugliness! Charlotte: Oh my! * Charlotte slaps Yumichika. Yumichika: Ouch! Wh-Wh-Wh-What the hell gives, you freak?! Charlotte: That's totally my line! How dare you call someone ugly the first time you set eyes on them?! Listen up!
